CARE INSTRUCTIONS

In order to maximise the lifespan of your Minimuds, there are a few simple guidelines to follow.

*Minimuds are machine washable (sparingly) IN COLD WATER, but it’s much easier to simply hose or sponge the mud off and dry in the shade. Please don’t use detergents, as they will eventually break down the waterproof PU coating. 

*Don’t tumble dry or iron your Minimuds.

*For re-waterproofing (only needed after Minimuds have been handed down a few times or used for years of hardcore puddle jumping) we recommend STORM in-wash treatment and PROOF spray, sold in twin packs here.

Australia
Standard Shipping: approximately 5-7 business days, flat rate of $9 within Australia, or $12 for express post. All parcels are sent via Auspost.

The estimated delivery time is calculated once your parcel has left our warehouse.  Please note these are only estimated times. Delays may occur during public holidays and peak holiday seasons.

FREE local pickup! You can choose to pick up your order for FREE from our Minimuds pop up store at 1 Barnard St, Bright VIC. Your order is usually ready within 24 hours. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pick up. Our pop up store is open 10am till 4pm, 7 days a week.

International
Flat rate $20.00, your tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. You should expect your order within 5–15 days.

*Please note: All countries are variable to change and these are estimated times only.  Delays may occur due to customs, public holidays and peak holiday seasons. If you place your order on a Friday, your parcel will be shipped the following week.

*All applicable taxes, custom fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer & will differ between countries. For more information on import tax thresholds, we suggest you contact your local postal provider as these are the recipients' responsibility.

Dispatch Time
We try to get all orders dispatched from our warehouse next business day, however please allow 2-4 business days. In peak times longer delays may occur.

Confirmation Emails
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive an email to notify you once your order has been shipped. All confirmation emails are sent automatically throughout the order process, if you do not receive yours please check your junk mail. If you still have not received it, it is possible you may have incorrectly entered your email in checkout. In this case, please contact our customer service to have it amended.

Shipping Address
Ensure addresses are written correctly, even the smallest error can result in your order getting lost in the post. If you make an error, please contact us immediately as orders can not be re-directed once they have been dispatched. We cannot take responsibility for orders that go missing when addresses have been entered incorrectly. If you are lucky and your order gets returned to sender you will be liable for the re-shipping cost.

If your shipping address is correct and you have not received your order after an outstanding number of days please contact us at hello@minimuds.com.

Back Orders/ Pre Orders
Please take notice when placing your order. If it is stated as a “back order” or there is mention of shipping delays, this means that the item is currently not in stock and you are placing a “Pre order”. Shipping time for Pre orders may take slightly longer than usual, however, this means you are first in line and will receive your order as soon as possible!
